1. What provider am I using to host files and how do I download?
I am using godaddy because it allows me to post and manage files from 1 or more computers in my home. Steps to get files are very easy. I have limited space so there may be times when a file is no longer there if I put it there more than a week or so ago.

Step 2: Double click on the file and click Save
Step 3: Save the winzip file anywhere on your own hard drive
2. What format will the music files come?
There will be two formats provided. There will be smaller mp3 files contained within a zip file with the mp3 suffix. Also, larger and higher quality mp4a (Apple lossless) in a similarly named winzip file.
3. I see that there is in fact only 1 file of type winzip. How do I get my music files?
Windows can open a winzip file natively from Windows XP forward. Or, you can, for free, obtain a copy of winzip. For Mac users, you can also natively open the zip file or, like in windows, download a Mac version of winzip.
4. Once I have extracted these files, how do I listen to them?
Apple lossless files will only play in a player that supports them. MP3 files are supported by most players.
